Doctors Remove 5-Inch Worm From Man's Eye

An Indian man had a five-inch worm removed from his eye according to AFP. The man went to the doctor due to twitching and pain from his right eye.
The doctor stated that the worm must have somehow gotten into his bloodstream and grew. And if it wouldn't have been removed, it could have gotten into his brain and caused neurological problems.
This is the first time that the doctor had seen anything like it.
