Must your landlord disclose whether your rental is haunted?  A TOMS RIVER, N.J. couple believes so.   CBS News   reports that Jose Chinchilla and his fiancée Michele Callan claim that the house they are renting has signs of a poltergeist including eerie noises, flickering lights, slamming doors and a presence tugging on their bed sheets.

The couple called the Shore Paranormal Research Society who classified the activity as “paranormal” but that it did not indicate a haunting.

Chinchilla and Callan are demanding the return of their $2,250 security deposit claiming the paranormal activity forced them out of the home only a week after moving in. Their landlord has filed a countersuit against the couple and believes that they made up the ghost story in an effort to escape the $1,500 a month rental fee..

Video of the Shore Paranormal Research Society investigation is below.
