A retired Army Colonel is asking Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus and National Intelligence Director Gen. James Clapper to offer amnesty to anyone in the military that has been sworn to secrecy about a UFO encounter.
John Alexander, a former military insider with top secret clearance, will request this amnesty in Las Vegas, NV, on May 17th at the National Atomic Testing Museum. Alexander believes this disclosure is a "no-cost, win-win solution for enhancing the U.S. government's trust and confidence with the American public".
Although he believes that disclosure has occurred at many levels, Alexander says he would still like to see more done to promote an environment where military witnesses can talk about their experiences.
